Gallery Viewer Terms

These Gallery Viewer Terms apply to people who open a client gallery hosted on RemiXiss. They are shorter than the photographer Terms of Service. They do not make you a RemiXiss photographer account holder.

1. The platform
RemiXiss is the technical gallery platform operated by Oliwier Zaremba – RMXVisual. Photographers control their gallery content. Oliwier Zaremba – RMXVisual does not own photographers’ photographs.
2. Access
Gallery access may be public or protected with photographer-issued credentials. Credentials and private gallery URLs are for authorised viewers. Do not misuse them or redistribute them without authorisation. Unauthorised sharing may expose private photographs.
3. Photographs and licensing
Photographs remain subject to the photographer’s and client’s copyright and licensing arrangements. Download access is controlled by the photographer. Viewing a gallery does not transfer copyright to you.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Unlawful access
- Scraping galleries
- Automated abusive downloading
- Bypassing access controls
- Attacks or other security abuse
5. Privacy
The photographer usually acts as controller for gallery photos and client delivery. Oliwier Zaremba – RMXVisual may act as processor for that content, and as controller for security logs and infrastructure data. See the Privacy Policy.
6. White-label presentation
Some galleries hide ordinary RemiXiss branding. That does not change the underlying role of the Service Provider as infrastructure provider.
