Right of Withdrawal

1. When the right may apply

Consumers who conclude a distance contract generally have 14 days to withdraw, counted from the day the contract is concluded, unless a longer period applies under mandatory law.

RemiXiss does not treat Terms acceptance, account creation, or clicking a purchase button as a waiver of that right.

2. If the service begins immediately

Paid RemiXiss plans are digital services. If you want access to start immediately, RemiXiss asks for a separate, unchecked acknowledgement that you expressly request performance to begin before the withdrawal period expires.

If you make that request and later withdraw, you may be charged for the service actually provided during the period of performance. An ongoing subscription is not treated as fully performed at checkout.

3. How to withdraw

You may withdraw by an unequivocal statement sent by email or by post. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Do not send unnecessary data. A paper signature is not required for email notices.

5. Effects

If withdrawal is effective, the Service Provider will reimburse payments received, less any amount that may lawfully be retained for service provided after an express request to begin performance, using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise.
